Returns & Cancellations Policy
www.flyingkart.com strives to deliver the best quality goods to our customers. However, if you would like to return any of the products i.e., due to product mismatch, damage in transit or product expiry, is possible only at the time of delivery. So we suggest you to please check the goods, before you sign the shipment and if you are not satisfied, then return it to the delivery person. You are requested to sign a feedback form and mention the reason for rejection when you return the products. We don't entertain the return of goods, once the shipment is signed and received by customer or any family member.
www.flyingkart.com doesn't entertain any "goods return" for all perishable products (Viz., fruits, vegetables, meat, Frozen items, etc. www.flyingkart.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, select Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque/DD, Bank Transfer and Direct Bank Deposits. If the payment was made (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is will be refunded to the same account through which the payment has been made. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of any order will be considered only if the request is made within 4Hrs of placing an order for regular delivery and at least before 8 Hrs of the delivery slot time for a planned delivery. • flyingkart.com doesn't encourage the cancellation of orders for any perishable goods (Viz., fruits, vegetables, meat, Frozen items, etc.,) • There would be No-Exchange/No-Return/No-Cancellation of products purchased using any promotional offers (viz., Discount offers, Seasonal offers, Best Deals and Clearance sales etc.,) as per the flyingkart.com Policy.
Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full without any damage including all complimentary gifts or products that comes along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of special promotional offers and any special schemes then special rules may apply for returns.
